5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned in the proposal or agreement.
  • Cancellations after project initiation may be subject to charges for work completed up to that point.

6. Limitation of Liability

Merabt shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from unauthorized access to user data or service interruptions
  • Results based on third-party platform changes (e.g., social media algorithms, Google Ads performance)

7. Intellectual Property
